Funeral services for Mrs. Wilma Jane Presnell Goolsby, 91, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, November 22, 2014, at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M., and Saturday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Friday, November 21, 2014, at Mabry Health Care Center in Gainesboro, TN. She was born February 19, 1923, in Jackson County, TN, to the late John Brownlow Savage and Ada Hutchinson Savage. She was married to Clifton Goolsby, who survives. She was a furniture store secretary, and a member of the Gainesboro First Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband: Robert E. Byers; 3 Brothers; 4 Sisters; and 1 Great-Grandchild: Shane Byers. Survivors include her Husband: Clifton Goolsby of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Sons: Douglas Lee Byers of Gainesboro, TN, and Robert (Cindy) Byers of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Daughter: Betty Ann Byers of Dallas, GA; 1 Step-Son: Michael (Sylvia) Goolsby of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Brother: Wavie Savage of Carthage, TN; 2 Sisters: Nola Kerr of Lebanon, TN and Robbie North of Carthage, TN; 8 Grandchildren; 21 Great Grandchildren; and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
