Wilma Patrick Phillips

Funeral services for Mrs. Wilma Faye Patrick Phillips, 74, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, July 1, 2010, at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in the Pleasant Hill community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 12 Noon - 9 P.M., and Thursday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Tuesday, June 29, 2010, at her residence. She was born November 23, 1935, in Hazel Green, KY, to the late Ova and Hazel Brewer Patrick. On July 3, 1954, she was married to Norvel L. Phillips, who survives. She was a retired factory worker, and was affiliated with the Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Son: Jeffery Lynn Phillips; 1 Son-in-law: Billy C. Anderson; 2 Brothers: Ova Patrick, Jr. and Wilkus Patrick; and 2 Brothers- in-law: Leon Maloney and Sam Smith. Survivors include her Husband: Norvel L. Phillips of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Daughters: Pam (Wayne) Anderson, and Kim Anderson (Steve) Scantland, all of Gainesboro, TN; 4 Grandchildren: Holly Anderson, Shaun (Ashley) Anderson, Shannon Anderson and Kendall Scantland; 2 Great Grandchildren: Rylee Anderson and Brodee Anderson; and 2 Sisters: Carolyn Smith and Anna Lee (Robert) Sargent, all of Louisville, KY.
