William R. Jones

Graveside services for Mr. William R. "Bill" Jones, 78, of Celina, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Tuesday, March 22, 2011, at the Meadows Cemetery in the Whites Bend community of Jackson County, TN. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. He was born March 28, 1932, in Utica, New York, to the late William Jones and Mildred Jones. He was a construction worker, and served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of the Celina United Methodist Church. Survivors include Special Family: Betty Overstreet of Celina, TN, Judy Overstreet of Cookeville, TN, John Overstreet of Columbus, GA, Richard Overstreet of Duluth, GA, and Pixy Morgan of Tullahoma, TN; 4 Grandchildren: Lee Owens, Vickie Owens, Toni Owens, and Chris Owens; and 3 Great- Grandchildren: Acelyn Owens, Savannah Overton, and Connor Overton.
