William Lance Farmer

Funeral services for Mr. William Lance Farmer, 29, of Doyle, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Tuesday, July 28, 2009, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Double Springs Cemetery in the Double Springs community of Putnam County, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 3 P.M. - 8 P. M., and Tuesday from 12 Noon until time of services. Mr. Farmer passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2009, at Livingston Regional Hospital in Livingston, TN. He was born September 15, 1979, in Smith County, TN, to Hilda Dyer Taylor and the late Ralph Farmer. He was married to Inis Farmer, who survives. He was disabled, and a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Doyle, TN. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Shane Farmer; his Maternal Grandmother: Lillie Dyer; and his Paternal Grandparents: Delford and Avlee Farmer. Survivors include his Wife: Inis Farmer of Livingston, TN; 1 Son: Michael Blake Farmer of Livingston, TN; his Mother: Hilda Dyer Taylor of Doyle, TN; his Grandfather: William Dyer of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Step-Brother: Jessie Taylor of Manchester, TN; 1 Step-Sister: Chrissy Taylor of Manchester, TN; and 1 Special Friend: Jennifer. Several aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends also survive. Bro. Steven Swords will officiate at the services.
