William Harrison

Funeral services for William (Bill) Harrison, 85, of Cookeville, TN, will be held on Sunday, December 6, 2020, at 1 P.M. at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Paran Cemetery in Overton County. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 11 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born August 9, 1935, in Detroit, MI, to the late Floyd Harrison and Mildred Stockton. On June 3, 1994, he was married to Anna Harrison, who survives. He retired from the U.S. Navy in August of 1978, and attended the Cookeville Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his Wife: Bonnie Harrison; and his Step Father: Woodrow Stockton. Survivors include his Wife: Anna Harrison of Cookeville, TN; 2 Daughters: Teresa Harrison of Bellingham, Washington, and Tracie Fowler of Cookeville, TN; 3 Special Step Sons: Richard Loftis, Ronnie Loftis, and Randy Loftis; 1 Special Step Daughter: Regina Harris; 1 Brother: Glenn Stockton of Cookeville, TN; 1 Sister: Linda Flatt of Cookeville, TN; 9 Grandchildren; and 8 Great Grandchildren.
