William "Bill" Crockett

Funeral services for Mr. William H. "Bill" Crockett, 56, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Saturday, November 12, at Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends Friday from 2 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Saturday from 10 A.M. until time of services at Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Mr. Crockett passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2005, at his residence. He was born December 30, 1948, in Overton County to the late Herman and Jo Helen Upchurch Crockett. On April 14, 1967, he was married to June Crockett, who survives. Mr. Crockett was a retired postal worker and an employee of Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. He was a member of the Dudney's Hill Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife: June Crockett of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Sons & Daughters-in-Law: Jeff & Lacey Crockett of Carthage, TN, and Jamie & Tammy Crockett of Gainesboro, TN; and 4 Grandchildren: Olivia, Lauren, Ethan, and Emma Crockett.
