William "Bill" Cassetty

Funeral services for William "Bill" Cassetty, 66, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Thursday, January 30, 2014, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M., and Thursday from 11 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Monday, January 27, 2014, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born January 15, 1948, in Nashville, TN, to the late Johnnie E. Cassetty and Claudine Meadows Cassetty. He was the owner of J.B. Cassetty Lumber Co., and a member of the Haydenburg Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Robert "Bobby" Cassetty. Survivors include 4 Brothers: David (Judy) Cassetty, Sam Cassetty, and George (Pat) Cassetty, all of Gainesboro, TN, and Charles (Jane) Cassetty of Crossville, TN; 2 Sisters: Sarah Willis of Gainesboro, TN, and Connie (Bob) Gerregano of Nashville, TN; and 1 Sister-in-Law: Cindy Lim Cassetty of Cookeville, TN. Numerous nieces and nephews and their families also survive. Bro. James Bybee and Bro. Matthew Stafford will officiate at the services.
