Wayne Wells

A Celebration of Life for Wayne Wells, 64, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 3 P.M. on Sunday, December 23, 2018, at the Gainesboro Church of Christ in Gainesboro, TN. Wayne had chosen cremation. The family will receive friends at the church on Sunday from 1 P.M. until time of services. He passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at Signature Health Care Center in Algood, TN. He was born April 30, 1954, in Waco, TX, to Joann Richards Wells and the late Weldon Clay Wells. On July 26, 1974, he was married to Cindy Wells, who survives. He was the minister at Gainesboro Church of Christ. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by 2 Grandchildren: Deacon and Maddox Wells. Survivors include his Wife: Cindy Wells of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Sons: Wade (Mary) Wells of Appleton, Wisconsin, Joe (Erin) Wells of Killen, Alabama, and Scott (Julie) Wells of Brentwood, Tennessee; 13 Grandchildren; his Mother: Joann Wells of Waco, TX; 3 Brothers: Dale (Mary) Wells of Indio, CA, Keven (Donna) Wells of Memphis, TN, and Troy Wells of Moody, TX; and 1 Sister: Donna (Terry) Mixon of Houston, TX. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive. Joe Wells and Dale Wells will officiate at the services.
