Funeral services for Mrs. Wanda J. Hunter Finnell, 56, of Mabry School Road in Jackson County, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Sunday, January 3, 2016, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Burris Cemetery in the Cummins Mill community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 5 P.M. to 9 P.M., and on Sunday from 12 noon until time of services. She passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2015, at her residence on Mabry School Road in Jackson County, TN. She was born May 19, 1959, in Jackson County, TN, to Boon Hunter and the late Mary Evelyn Hunter. On May 12, 2003, she was married to the late Ted Earl Finnell, who passed away November 30, 2010. She was a homemaker and attende the Algood First Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her husband and mother, she was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Robert Hunter and James Hunter and 1 Sister: Rita Ledbetter. Survivors include Her Father: Boon Hunter of Mabry School Road in Jackson County, TN; 2 Brothers: Tommy (Trish) Hunter and Larry (Lisa) Hunter, both of Mabry School Road in Jackson County, TN; and 1 Sister: Mary Sue Hunter of Mabry School Road in Jackson County, TN.
