Funeral services for Mrs. Virginia Morgan, 84, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, September 24, 2018, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Poplar Springs Cemetery in Overton County, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3 P.M. - 7 P.M., and Monday from 1 P.M. until time of services. She passed away on Friday, September 21, 2018, at Mabry Health Care Center in Gainesboro, TN. She was born March 30, 1934, in Mt. Pleasant, TX, to the late Algerine L. Clark, Sr. and Ota Pearl Rutland Clark. She was married to James E. Morgan, who survives. She was a bank teller, and a member of the New Hope Baptist Church. Survivors include her Husband: James E. Morgan of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Son: Bill Morgan of MI; 1 Daughter: Rebecca Morgan of Hilham, TN; 1 Grandson: Brandon Morgan of Hilham, TN; and 3 Brothers: Ray Clark of Richardson, TX, Joe Clark of San Antonio, TX, and Jerry Clark of Gatesville, TX.
