Funeral services for Mrs. Vickie Pippin, 61, of Cookeville, TN, will be held at 12 Noon on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the John Young Cemetery in the Shiloh community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Saturday, February 17, 2018, at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital in Nashville, TN. She was born June 13, 1956, in Putnam County, TN, to the late Carl B. Allen and Elese Allen. On June 1, 1974, she was married to Roy Pippin, who survives. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Dodson Branch Freewill Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Garry Dale Allen, and 2 Sisters: Linda Garrison and Wanda Allen. Survivors include her Husband: Roy Pippin of Cookeville, TN; 1 Son: Michael (Tammie) Pippin of Baxter, TN; 2 Daughters: Cristal (Jimmy) Cronk of Cookeville, TN, and Lisa Pippin of Cookeville, TN; 3 Grandchildren: Colton Pippin, Megan Cronk, and Madison Pippin; 1 Brother: Larry David Allen of Algood, TN; and 1 Sister: Patricia Meadows of Bloomington Springs, TN.
