Verletta Jewel Lee

Verletta Jewel Lee, 76, of Bowling Green Kentucky died September 18, 2022 at Hospice of Southern Kentucky.

Verletta was born October 12, 1945 at her family home in Cobb Hill Kentucky to Lonnie and Sarah Susan (Sudie Watson) Lee.

She was a wife, mother, homemaker, caregiver and factory worker.

She is survived by 3 children and their spouses; Joyce and (Randy) Heady of Gainesboro, Tennessee, Darrel and (Bobbie Jo) of Glasgow, Kentucky and Frances and (Kevin) Wagner of Murfreesboro, Tennessee. 7 beautiful grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by 2 of her sons, Richard and Russell Lee, her grandson Landon Kernea, brothers Charles and Lohris Lee, sister Nettie Ruth Frizzell, her father and mother Lonnie and Sudie Lee and her husband of 48 years Charles Lee.

Celebration of Life and Visitation will be on Saturday, November 5, 2022, 11 am to 1 pm, with the service beginning at 1 pm.  

The ladies of the church have asked for everyone to stay and enjoy a meal and take time to visit.
