Funeral services for Tracy Smith, 33, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held on Friday, November 5, 2021, at 2 P.M. at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Biggs - Stafford Cemetery in the McCoinsville community. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M., and Friday from 11 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born August 10, 1988, in Warren, MI, to Nicholas Bianchi , Sr. and Cheryl Carlile. On August 27, 2016, she was married to Joshua Smith, who survives. She was a home health care worker. She was preceded in death by her Maternal Grandparents: Shirlee Holland and Ray Carlile; and Aunt: Theresa Carlile. Survivors include her Husband: Joshua Smith of Gainesboro, TN; Father, Nicholas Bianchi, Sr. of MI and Father: David Roberts of Lebanon, TN; Mother: Cheryl Carlile of Houston, TX; Brothers: Nick (Nicole) Bianchi II of Michigan, and Jacob Carlile of Gainesboro, TN; Nephew: Nicholas Anthony Bianchi III of Michigan; grandfather, Sherman Holland of Gainesboro and Aunt: Donna and Tony Ragland of Gainesboro, TN.
