Survivors include 1 Son: Shawn Woodruff of Cookeville, TN; 1 Daughter: Autumn Woodruff of Cookeville, TN; 1 Brother: Philip Flatt of Cookeville, TN; 2 Sisters: Brenda Stafford and Georgia Stafford, both of Cookeville, TN; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
