Tracey Michelle Way

Tracey Michelle Way was born February 29, 1972, in Cookeville, TN and she passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at her residence in Cookeville, TN, at the age of 51.

She was the daughter of David C. Birdwell and the late Helen West. She was married to Danny Way, who survives. She was a CNA, and a member of the Crossroads Freewill Baptist Church in Monterey, TN.

She was preceded in death by her Mother: Helen West.

Survivors include her Husband: Danny Way of Cookeville, TN; Sons: Jessey D. (Lindsey) Casey of Baxter, TN; Daughters: Cayla (Tab Pranee) Birdwell of Lebanon TN, Taylor (Stephan Phillips) Phillips of Cookeville TN, Elizabeth Casey of Cookeville, TN, Hayley (Dylan Hicks) Way of Gainesboro, TN, and Brandy (Kelly) Denson of Gainesboro, TN; Father: David C. Birdwell; Brothers: Brian Birdwell of FL, and Brandon Birdwell of Baxter, TN; Sister: Tonya (Brian) Kinnaird of Cookeville, TN; and Grandchildren: Ezra, Anistyn, Isaac, Adison, Elijah, Isaiah, Layla, Jeremiah, and Adrian.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 P.M. on Friday, November 3, 2023 at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Clayborn officiating. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M., and Friday from 10 A.M. until time of services.
