Funeral services for Mr. Tommy Haney, 43, of Celina, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, October 16, 2017, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Dodson Branch Cemetery in the Dodson Branch community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2 P.M. - 8 P.M., and Monday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Friday, October 13, 2017, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born May 7, 1974, in Jackson County, TN. He was a factory worker, and loved being outdoors and working on cars. He was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather: Harold Gene Haney; Special Cousins: Jason Blake Haney and McKenzie Farley Allen; and several uncles and aunts. Survivors include his Fiance: Tabitha Short of Celina, TN; 1 Son: Dakota Thomas Haney of Celina, TN; 1 Stepson: Dustin Blake Keyes of Doyle, TN; his Mother and Stepfather: Carolyn Haney and Ricky Haney of Cookeville, TN; his Maternal Grandmother: Gladys Haney of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Uncles: Ray Haney, Garry Haney, and Billy S. Haney; and 1 Aunt: Patricia Denson. A host of cousins, other relatives, and friends also survive. Bro. Billy Haney will officiate at the services.
