Funeral services for Tommy Edward Mansell, 50, of the Freewill community of Jackson County, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Thursday, May 10, 2012, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Mansell Cemetery in the Freewill community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 3 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Thursday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Monday, May 7, 2012, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born December 15, 1961, in Jackson County, TN, to Lucille Mansell and the late Palo Mansell. He was a factory worker at Dacco. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents: Houston Mansell and Ava Ballard Mansell; and his Maternal Grandparents: Herod Loftis and Flossie B. Stafford Loftis. Survivors include his Mother: Lucille Mansell of Cookeville, TN; 1 Son: Derek Mansell of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Niece: Kayla Paige Allen of Cookeville, TN; 2 Nephews: Chase Madison Bunch and Jaden Gentry, both of Cookeville, TN; and 2 Sisters: Annette Barham of Gainesboro, TN, and Pamela Johnson of Cookeville, TN.
