Funeral services for Mr. Timothy Jay Allen, 50, of Cookeville, TN, will be held at 3 P.M. on Monday, August 1, 2016, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Dodsons Branch Cemetery in Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 10A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Friday, July 29, 2016, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. He was born July 5, 1966, in Warren, MI, to the late William Earl Allen and Joyce Ann Allen. He was married to Kathy Walton Allen, who survives. He was a residential construction worker. Survivors include his Wife: Kathy Walton Allen of East Tennessee; 1 Daughter: Casey Sweat of Cookeville, TN; 1 Step Daughter: Marshell Bowman of Cookeville, TN; 1 Step Son: Jimmy Walton of Ohio; 1 Grandson: Landon Trabucco of Cookeville, TN; and 2 Brothers: David Allen of Cookeville, TN, and Johnny Allen of Cookeville, TN.
