Taylor Brown

Taylor Brown was born November 24, 1944, in Jackson County, TN and he passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024, at his residence in Fairview at the age of 79.

He was the son of Bob Taylor Brown and Amanda Effie Scott Brown.  He was married to Lynda Fay Young Brown.  He served in the Unites States Army.  He was a factory worker by trade.

Preceded in death by his parents; wife: Lynda Fay Brown; brothers: Junior Brown, Eugene Brown; sisters: Corrine Vradenburg and infant sister.

Survivors include his son: Bob Brown of Panama City, FL; daughters: Cherri (Mike) Darrow of Silver Point, TN and Misty (Ian) Stewart of Cookeville, TN; grandchildren: Lindsey Darrow, Ashton Darrow, Griffin Stewart, Jasmine Brown and Nathan Brown; and soon to be a great grandchild.  Also survived by nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be on Friday, September 13, 2024, from 11 AM until time of services at 1 PM.  Funeral service will be on Friday, September 13, 2024, at 1 PM in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at the Fairview Cemetery.
