Tammy Mai Wiggins

Tammy Mai Wiggins, 53, was born December 7, 1970, in Putnam County, TN, and she passed away Sunday, May 19, 2024, at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN.

She was the daughter of the late Billy Hunter and Sammie Bland Hunter. Tammy worked in the home healthcare field. 

Survivors include her son: Dakota Allen of Gainesboro, TN; daughter: Kyra Shephard of Gainesboro, TN; sisters: Samantha Haney and Amanda Boles of Gainesboro, TN; granddaughters: Daneisha Highland and Ayla Wiggins of Gainesboro, TN.  Many other relatives and friends survive.

Tammy was preceded in death by her parents and daughter: Brittany Nicole Wiggins.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at 4 P.M. in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Anderson will be officiating. Visitation will begin Saturday from 12 P.M. until the time of services.  The family has chosen cremation.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to help assist the family with funeral expenses or to her children by contacting the business office of the funeral home.
