Tammy Hinson Crockett

Tammy Hinson Crockett was born July 22, 1978 in Cookeville, TN and she passed away on Sunday, April 4, 2021 at her residence in Gainesboro at the age of 42. Tammy was the daughter of Douglas Calvin and Margie Ruth Morgan Hinson. She was a homemaker and a member of the McCoinsville Church of Christ. On Sept. 19, 1998 she married Jamie Crockett who survives. She was preceded in death by her father and father-in-law, Bill Crockett. Survivors include her husband, Jamie Crockett of Gainesboro, daughters, Lauren Crockett and Emma Crockett both of Gainesboro; brothers, Scottie Hinson and Sheriff Marty (Tammy) Hinson of Hilham; mother, Margie Hinson of Hilham; brother and sister-in-law Jeff and Lacey Crockett of Carthage; mother-in-law, June Crockett of Gainesboro; children that was like grandchildren, Weston and Bryleigh Chaffin both of Gainesboro. Nieces and nephews other relatives and many friends also survive. Visitation will be on Thursday, April 8, 2021 noon to 8 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home and again on Friday, April 9, 2021, 10 am to 2 pm at the McCoinsville Church of Christ. Funeral Services will be at 2 pm on Friday at the church with Bro. Jimmy Anderson, Bro. Duane Gossett and Bro. Matthew Scoggins officiating. Burial will follow in John L. Clark Memorial. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Jackson Smith County Youth Camp or Happy Haven Home for children's by contacting the funeral home.
