Funeral services for Ms. T. Marie FitzSimmons, 55, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Friday, October 13, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery in the Flynn's Lick community of Jackson County, Tennessee. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 11 A.M. - 9 P. M., and on Friday from 9 A.M. until time of services at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Ms. FitzSimmons passed away on Monday, October 9, 2006, at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. She was born December 14, 1950, in Jackson County to the late Dewey Edward Meadows & Mary Inez Spurlock Meadows. Ms. FitzSimmons worked in fashion merchandising. She was baptized into the Pentecostal Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 Grandchildren: Mattie and Mark Kilcorse; and 3 Sisters: Linda Straub, Patsy S. Bias, and Peggy L. Meadows. Survivors include her Life Partner: Chet Rockhill of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Sons and 1 Daughter-in-law: Robert N. Sapp, Jr. and his wife,Julie, of Toledo, Ohio; and Brandon Matthew Rockhill of Charlotte, N.C.; 2 Daughters: Penny M. Sapp-Kilcorse of Toledo, Ohio; and Coreene C. FitzSimmons- Cutlip of Gainesboro, TN; 12 Grandchildren: Michael Kilcorse V, Luke and Emily Kilcorse, Ashley, Patsy and Robbie Sapp, Samantha Henry, Austin Simpson. Jonothan FitzSimmons, Chase and Cassidy Cutlip, and Brandon Luke Rockhill; 2 Brothers and 2 Sisters-in-law: Ed and Barb Meadows of Delta, Ohio; and Rick and Barb Meadows of Toledo, Ohio; 1 Brother-in-Law: Virgil L. Bias of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; 2 Sisters and 1 Brother-in-Law: Dee DeHaven (Twin sister) and Shirley (Denny) Taylor all of Toledo, Ohio; Additional Family Members: Betty Rockhill Anderson and Jesse J. Anderson of Enterprise, Alabama; and Special Friend: Emily Dishman of Gainesboro, TN. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
