Susan Ruth Ludwig Case

Susan Ruth Ludwig Case was born April 20, 1955, in Groton, CT, and she passed away at Northside Hospital Cherokee in Canton, GA, on Sunday, June 26, 2022, at the age of 67. She was the daughter of Ruth Ida Radke Ludwig and the late Gustav W. Ludwig. On May 26, 1972, she was married to Gary David Case, who survives. She was a resident of Canton, GA, and formerly of Bloomington Springs, TN. She was retired from residency advisory at Tennessee Technological University, and a member of the Heavenly Host Lutheran Church. Survivors include her Husband: Gary David Case; Son: Gregory David Case; Daughters: Shannon (Timothy) Lynn Nowak of Mooresboro, NC, and Regan Romans Case of Cumming, GA; Brothers: Fred Ludwig of GA, Gustav (Diane) W. Ludwig II of TN, and Richard Ludwig of NC; Sister: Lynn Marie Ludwig Nichols of NC; Mother: Ruth Ida Radke Ludwig; and Grandchildren: David Gary Nowak, Roman Gregory Case, and Xander Donovan Case. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 11:30 A.M. at Heavenly Host Lutheran Church, located at 777 S Willow Ave. in Cookeville, TN. Andrew Smith will officiate. Burial will follow in the Dyer Cemetery in Bloomington Springs, TN. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 10 A.M. until time of services. Memorial donations may be made to the Cookeville Pregnancy Clinic by contacting the funeral home.
