Stella R. Quick

Funeral services for Mrs. Stella R. Quick, 62, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Sunday, September 10, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Byers Cemetery in the Center Grove community of Jackson County, Tennessee. The family will receive friends Friday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., Saturday from 5 P.M. - 7 P.M., and Sunday from 12:30 P.M. until time of services at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Mrs. Quick passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2006, at her residence in Gainesboro, TN. She was born February 10, 1944, in Putnam County, Tennessee, to the late Elmore Lee Lane & Maggie Harness Lane. On October 16, 1970, she was married to Thomas Quick, who survives. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ at Freewill. Survivors include her husband: Thomas Quick of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Sons: Tony E. Clemons of Gainesboro, TN, Thomas B. Quick of Maine, and Cletus L. Quick of Cookeville, TN; 1 Daughter: Tammy Quick James of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Brother: Ricky Lane of Baxter, TN; and 3 Sisters: Willene Robbins of Smithville, TN, Frances Wiseman of Smithville, TN, and Teresa Whitehead of Baxter, TN. 11 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren also survive.
