Stella Louise Flatt

Funeral services for Mrs. Stella Louise Flatt, 70, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 11 A.M. on Friday, April 7, 2017, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Flatt - Woolbright Cemetery in Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 4 P.M. to 9 P.M., and on Friday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Monday, April 3, 2017, at her residence. She was born October 25, 1946, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Luther Caruthers and Anna Mae Caruthers. On May 25, 1970, she was married to Alfred C. Flatt, who survives. She was a garment factory worker, and a member of the Lakeview Church of Christ. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Jackie Caruthers and James Caruthers; and 1 Sister: Willa Dean Hammock. Survivors include her Husband: Alfred C. Flatt of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Daughters: Tonya Michelle (Terry) McBride of Bloomington Springs, TN, and Tina Ann (Kevin) Combs of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Grandchildren: Darin Minard, Torie McBride, and Pacey Combs; 2 Brothers: Draper "Jack" Caruthers and Bobby Caruthers; and 3 Sisters: Grace Sloan, Minnie Lou Goolsby, and Mary Sue Flatt.
