Graveside services for Mr. Sidney Taylor, Jr., 80, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 11 A.M. on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at the Rob Draper Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home. He passed away on Monday, May 14, 2012, at the Mabry Health Care Center in Gainesboro, TN. He was born September 17, 1931 in Houston, Texas to the late Sidney Taylor, Sr. and Mertle Taylor Cordell. He was a policeman. Survivors include 2 Brothers: David Cordell of Gainesboro, TN; and Wade Cordell of Texas; 2 Sisters: Betty Jean Taylor and Carolyn Taylor, both of Texas; and 1 Aunt: Ruby Gordon of Wiggins, MS. Bro.
