Funeral services for Shirley Ann Grogan, 68, of Cookeville, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 5 P.M. - 8 P.M., and Wednesday from 12 Noon until time of services. She passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2019, at her residence. She was born November 27, 1950, in Algood, TN, to the late Marvin Gore and Claire Brown Gore. On November 28, 1987, she was married to Bruce Grogan, who survives. She worked at Tutco, and was a member of the Stevens Street Baptist Church in Cookeville, TN. Survivors include her Husband: Bruce Grogan of Cookeville, TN; 1 Son: David Shane Eldridge of Cookeville, TN; 1 Sister: Barbara (Raymond) Bilbrey of Cookeville, TN; Father and Mother in Law: Layton and Joy Grogan of Gainesboro, TN; Special Niece: Shannon Augustson of Cookeville, TN; Special Nephews: Dewayne Bilbrey and James Eldridge, both of Cookeville, TN; and a Special Sister in Law: Jeanetta (David) Johnson of Gainesboro, TN.
