Funeral services for Shirley Ann Goad, 46, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Monday, November 24, 2008, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Old Antioch Cemetery in the Old Antioch community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends on Monday from 10 A.M until time of services. She passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2008, at her residence. She was born June 1, 1962, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Carlos "Drake" and Mary Etter Spivey Goad. She was a factory worker, and was affiliated with the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Carlos "Drake" and Mary Etter Spivey Goad. Survivors include 1 Son: Raymond Keith Gregory of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Daughter: Mary Angela Stafford and her Special Friend, Roger Allen, both of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Sister: Earlean (Steve) Delk of Gainesboro, TN; Special Friend: Robert Ramsey of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Nephews: Donnie (Tina) Stafford, Derrick Stafford, and Dean Delk; and 1 Great Niece: Courtney Stafford.
