Shirley Allen

Shirley Allen was born March 29, 1961, in Jackson County, TN and she passed away on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at her daughters residence in Cookeville, TN, at the age of 60. She was the daughter of Willine Raines and the late Joe Willard Raines. She was affiliated with the Church of Christ. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by 3 Brothers: Steve, Jimmy, and Billy Raines. Survivors include 2 Daughters: Tanya (Cory) Fox of Gainesboro, TN, and Abby Jo Allen (Larry Hopkins, Jr.) of Cookeville, TN; 2 Sisters: Judy Phifer of Sparta, TN, and Jo Ann (Charles) Spurlock of Baxter, TN; her Mother: Willine Raines of Gainesboro, TN; and Grandchildren: Jordyn Leann Allen, Logan Wayne Collins, Levi Cain Collins, Justice Kay Lynch, Rylee Dawn Fox, and Lyza Brooke Fox. Graveside services will be held on Sunday, February 6, 2022, at 2 P.M. at the Byers Cemetery in the Center Grove community of Jackson County, TN. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home. Bro. Johnny Fox will officiate at the services. Memorial donations may be made to the Byers Cemetery or the donors favorite charity by contacting the funeral home.
