Funeral services for Shelia Ann Pirl 47, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Friday, April 19, 2013 from the chapel of Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home, burial will follow at the New Salem Cemetery in the New Salem community in Jackson County, TN. Visitation will be on Thursday from 5 to 9 P.M. and on Friday from 10 A.M. until time of services at 2 P.M. at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. She passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at her residence in Gainesboro, TN. She was born November 9, 1965 to Ann Thornton Burris Collier and the late Mark Burris. She was married to George "Butch" Pirl, who survives. She was a factory worker and a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Phillip Burris. Survivors include her husband: George "Butch" Pirl of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Son: Lance Raymond Pirl of Gainesboro, TN; her mother and her husband: Ann Collier and Charles Collier of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Brother: Ricky Burris of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Sister: Glenda Bartlett of Gainesboro, TN. She is also survived by 5 Nephews, 1 Niece, and other relatives and friends. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
