Shelby Violette

Shelby Violette was born July 3, 1937, in Jackson County, TN and she passed away on Monday, November 6, 2023 at Bethesda Healthcare in Cookeville, TN, at the age of 86.

She was the daughter of the late Cleveland Key Richardson and Aline Richardson. She was a wood mill worker, and a resident of Gainesboro, TN.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Daughter: Sherry Knight; and Sister: Edna Willard.

Survivors include her Daughter: Patricia Ann Violette of Clarksville, FL; Sister: Moline Davis of Nashville, TN; Special Niece: Pam Miller of Warren Heights, MI; Grandchildren: Theresa Ballard and James Ballard; Great Grandchildren: James Ballard III, Michael Slater, Dustin Slay, Meagan Thomas, and Gracie Shouppe; 6 Great Great Grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11 A.M. on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery with Bro. Mike Fox officiating. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home.
