Shanna Dee Morris

Shanna Dee Morris was born February 19, 1973, in Gainesboro, TN, and she passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2022, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center at the age of 49. She was the daughter of the late Hershel Morris and Brenda Morris. “Whisper I love you to a butterfly and it will fly to Heaven to deliver your message.” In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Brother: James Fields; and Sister: Shawn McPherson. Survivors include her Children: Jessica (Jacob) Smith of Carthage, TN; Jordan (Ryan) Steele, Jillian (Nick) Seiber, Josie Steele, and Joseph Steele, all of Dayton, OH; Father of her children: Steven Steele of Dayton, OH; 2 Brothers: Shane Morris of Cookeville, TN, and Hershel Morris of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Sister: Genedith Deebanks of Franklin, KY; and 3 Grandchildren: Jaxon Smith, Rylee Gruber, and Rylan Gruber.
