Memorial services for Mrs. Sarah L. Hardy, 86, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Monday, March 21, 2011, at Anderson-Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Monday from 12 noon until time of service. She passed away on Friday, March 18, 2011, at Smith County Health Care Center in Carthage, TN. She was born January 19, 1925, in Lovelady, TX, to the late John Collins Killingsworth and Frances Evelyn Killingsworth. She was married to the late Vernon Hardy. She was a homemaker. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Daughter: Sandra Antley; 2 Brothers; and 2 Sisters. Survivors include 1 Son: John (Treva) Hardy of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Daughters: Paulette Legaue of Livingston, TX and Linda Sue Hatfield; 13 Grandchildren; numerous Great Grandchildren; and several Great Great-Grandchildren.
