Funeral services for Samantha Lynn Meadows Marcy, 32, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Meadows Family Cemetery in Gainesboro, TN. The family will receive friends on Monday from 4 P.M. - 9 P. M., and Tuesday from 9 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Saturday, September 14, 2013, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born August 15, 1981, in Jackson County, TN, to Debbie Ryan and the late Jerry L. Meadows, Sr. She was married to Jason Marcy, who survives. She was a florist, and a member of the Flynns Creek Church of Christ. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandfather: Richmond L. Meadows; and her Maternal Grandfather: David S. Stoup. Survivors include her Husband: Jason Marcy of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Son: Jaron Lynn Marcy of Gainesboro, TN; her Parents: Debbie and Tim Ryan of Gainesboro, TN; her Maternal Grandmother: Barbara Stewart of Gainesboro, TN; her Paternal Grandmother: Thelma Meadows of Gainesboro, TN; her Grandparents: Wayne and Charlotte Ryan of Donelson, TN; 1 Brother: Jerry L. (Sarah) Meadows, Jr. of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Sister: Jill Meadows Lawson of Nashville, TN; 2 Nephews: Jerry L. Meadows III and Cameron J. Lawson; and 1 Niece: Olivia Grace Meadows. Bro.
