Sam Ray Cassetty

Sam Ray Cassetty, 81, of Gainesboro, TN, passed away on December 10, 2019, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He had chosen cremation, with no services planned at this time. He was born August 21, 1938, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Johnnie E. Cassetty and Claudine Meadows Cassetty. He worked as an insurance adjuster, and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Robert W. Cassetty and William Bruce Cassetty. Survivors include 3 Brothers: David (Judy) Cassetty and George (Patsy) Cassetty, both of Gainesboro, TN, and Charles (Jane) Cassetty of Crossville, TN; and 2 Sisters: Sarah Willis of Gainesboro, TN, and Connie (Bob) Gerregano of Nashville, TN.
