Ruth "Dutch" Warren

Ruth Roselle "Dutch" Warren, 87, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2015, at her residence. The family has chosen cremation. There will be no visitation or services at the funeral home at this time. She was born June 27, 1928, to the late Comer E. Warren and Cynthia Jane Hawkins Warren Ellis. She was retired from British Airways Management. She was the mayor of the town of Gainesboro in 1994, 1996, and 2004. She was a member of DAR, the Historical Society, Health Council, Chamber of Commerce, Library, and a volunteer. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Cynthia Jane Hawkins Warren Ellis, Comer E. Warren, and Bruce Ellis; 3 Sisters: Sylvia W. Tannous, Renie W. Anderson, and Betty W. Bowman; and 1 Niece: Melissa Bowman. She was an Aunt to: Barb, Alan, and Doug Tannous, June Crockett, Bill Anderson, Pat, JoAnn, and Kathy Bowman; Great Aunt to: Jen, Kristen, Mike, Stef, Jesse, Jeff, Jamie, and Scott; and Great Grand Aunt to: Max, Alex, Kennedy, Link, Spence, Jackson, Abby, Lauren, Emma, Olivia, Ethan, and Alyssa.
