Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Beechboard, 62, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 11 A.M. on Thursday, December 14, 2006, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Key Kilmon Cemetery in Clay County, TN. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 3 - 9 P.M., Wednesday from 10 A.M. - 9 P.M., and Thursday from 9 A.M. until time of services. Mrs. Beechboard passed away on Monday, December 11, 2006, at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville, TN. She was born April 8, 1944, in Clay County, TN, to the late George Spencer Johnson & Nancy Ollie Johnson. She was a homemaker and a member of the Red Hat Club. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 4 Brothers: Waymon, Billy, Robert, and Jody Johnson; and 3 Sisters: Bonnie Key, Olene Key, and Maggie Goad. . Survivors include 1 Son: James H. Beechboard of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Daughters and Sons-in-Law: Loretta & Gene Brown and LuAnne & Doug Stafford, all of Gainesboro, TN; 5 Grandchildren: Ciara Stafford, Chelsea Brown, Jaedyn Stafford, Hunter Beechboard, and Jozie Beechboard, all of Gainesboro, TN; the father of her children: Elbert Beechboard of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Brothers: Roy Johnson of Moss, TN, Odell Johnson of Livingston, TN, and Hubert Johnson of Celina, TN; and 2 Sisters: Lola Johnson of Monroe, TN, and Betsy Wilson of Celina, TN.
