Ruby Alice Stafford

Ruby Alice Stafford was born December 6, 1957, in Michigan, and she passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center, at the age of 64. She was the daughter of Maxine McGivern and the late Tillmon Hillary Peek. She was married to Grover Lee Stafford, who survives. She was a housewife. Survivors include her Mother: Maxine McGivern of Gainesboro, TN; Husband: Grover Lee Stafford of Gainesboro, TN; Daughter: Heather (Sammy) Leigh Stimits of Hilham, TN; Son: Daniel Gene Stafford of Gainesboro, TN; Sister: Patricia Ann Brewer of Jamestown, TN; Brother: Ronald (Jody) Peek of Gainesboro, TN; Grandchildren: Allison Taylor Plemmons and Brendon Lee Plemmons; and Great Grandchild: Danny Grace Rose. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 15, 2022, at 3 P.M. at the Free State Church of Christ in Jackson County, TN. Burial will follow in the Danny Stafford Cemetery in Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday at the church from 10 A.M. until time of services. Bro. Larry Stafford and Bro. Matthew Scoggins will officiate at the services.
