He was born August 30, 1961, in Jackson County, TN, to the late J.B. Brown and A.V. Johnson Brown. He was a mason and carpenter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Son: Ronnie Wayne Brown, Jr.; 1 Sister: Cora Elizabeth Garrett; his Paternal Grandparents: Ed Lee Brown and Cora Belle Brown; and his Maternal Grandparents: Sanford Johnson and Lizzie Johnson.
