Graveside services for Mr. Ronnie Clifton Smith, 49, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Thursday, September 4, 2008, at the John L. Clark Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Thursday beginning at 9 A.M. at the funeral home. Mr. Smith passed away on Tuesday, September 2, 2008, at Cumberland River Hospital in Celina, TN. He was born December 10, 1958, in Jackson County, Tennessee, to the late Anna Pearl Smith. He worked in construction and farming, and was a member of the Church of Christ. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Glenn Ray Smith; and his Grandparents: Malcolm and Bertha Long. Survivors include 1 Son: Ronnie C. (Sandy) Smith, Jr. of Hermitage Springs, TN; 1 Grandson: Ryan Smith; 1 Brother: James D. Smith of Whitleyville, TN; and 2 Sisters: Brenda Pharris of Gainesboro, TN, and Deborah Scott of Celina, TN.
