Memorial services for Roger Wesley Copeland, 55, of Cookeville, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at New Beginnings Fellowship Church on West Cemetery Road in Cookeville, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday from 1 P.M. until time of services. He passed away on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at Livingston Regional Hospital. He was born March 4, 1964, in Sparta, TN, to the late Albert Lee Copeland and Bessie Tumblim Copeland. On September 28, 1989, he was married to Polly Jean Young Copeland, who survives. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Grandson; 4 Brothers; Father in Law: Fred W. Young; Mother in Law: Ruby D. Young; Sister in Law: Paula Copeland; Brothers in Law: Rodger Phillips and John Welch; Nephew: John Wesley Ward (June Bug); Great Nephew: John Paul Roshia; and Half Siblings: Carmen, Norman, Clarence, JL, Ray, Flossie, and Louise. Survivors include his Wife: Polly Copeland of Cookeville, TN; 1 Son: Roger Wesley (Christina) Copeland Jr. of Sparta, TN; 4 Daughters: Ashley Copeland of Cookeville, TN, Rachel Martin of TN, Victoria Brown of TN, and Jessica Brown of KY; 7 Grandchildren; 3 Brothers: Jack (Carolyn) Ward, Wesley (Doris) Ward, and James Golden; 1 Sister: Brenda Ward; Sisters in Law: Judy Phillips, Diane Phillips, Pearl (Alan) Jordon, all of Cookeville, TN, Lennie Welch of Monterey, TN, and Kathy (Steve) Keith of Springfield, TN; Brothers in Law: Fred Young Jr. and Manuel Young, both of Cookeville, TN; and his beloved pets.
