Roger Allen Phillips, 59, of Gainesboro, TN, passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2020, at Mabry Health Care Center in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation, with no services at this time. He was born April 29, 1961, in Coatsville, PA, to the late James Butler Phillips and Grace Evelyn Phillips. He was a warehouse worker, and enjoyed fishing. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Gerald Phillips; and 1 Sister: Brenda Faye Monroe. Survivors include 2 Daughters: Rachael Adams of North East, MD, and Grace Phillips of Port Deposit, MD; 2 Sons: Zachary Dill and Chris Parker, both of Port Deposit, MD; 1 Grandchild: Centina Dill; and 1 Brother: Lee Phillips of Gainesboro, TN.
