Funeral services for Mr. Rodney Smith, 71, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, November 12, 2018, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Monday from 9 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at his residence. He was born April 3, 1947, in Dayton, OH, to the late James M. Smith and Nettie Lou Smith. He was married to Judy Smith, who survives. He was a truck driver for Russell Stover. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Curtis Smith and Don Smith; and 1 Sister: Brenda Morris. Survivors include his Wife: Judy Smith of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Daughter: Pam (Roy) Head of Gainesboro, TN; 6 Grandchildren: Josh Stafford, Sarah Stafford, Lindsay Young, Jacob Davis, Keisha McCoin, and James Head; 8 Great Grandchildren: Jada Stafford, Aiden Stafford, Daltyn Hines, Mallorie Hines, Mason McCoin, Ella Whitlow, Gunner McCoin, and Garett McCoin; and 1 Brother: Randall Smith of Dayton, OH.
