Funeral services for Mrs. Roberta Steward, 82, of Baxter, TN, will be held at 1 P.M. on Monday, January 15, 2018, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. The family has chosen cremation. The family will receive friends on Monday from 10 A.M. until time of services. She passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2018, at her granddaughter's residence in Soddy Daisy, TN. She was born April 6, 1935, in Buffalo Valley, TN, to the late Tamer Thompson and Jean Thompson. She was a factory worker at Fleetguard, and enjoyed blessing her children and grandchildren with her love. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husbands: Herman Jones and Paul Steward; 1 Son: Donnie Jones; 1 Daughter: Anna Jean Wilson; 2 Brothers: Bobby Thompson and Freeman Thompson; and 1 Sister: Faye Smith. Survivors include 1 Son: Mike Jones of Baxter, TN; 3 Grandchildren: Julie Thomas, Jennifer Leclair, and Jason Jones; 1 Brother: Allison Thompson of Georgia; 1 Sister: Peggy Loftis of Georgia; and 9 Great Grandchildren.
