Robert "Buddy" Meadows

Funeral services for Mr. Robert Earl "Buddy" Meadows, 57, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, November 10, 2008, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 3 P.M. - 9 P.M., and Monday from 9 A.M. until time of services. Mr. Meadows passed away on Friday, November 7, 2008, at his residence. He was born August 11, 1951, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Mitchell and Erma Sue Meadows. On October 17, 1992, he was married to Deborah Rush Meadows, who survives. He was a truck driver, and was affiliated with the Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Ricky Steve and Ronnie Meadows; and 2 Sisters: Edith Louise and Sally May Meadows. Survivors include his Wife: Deborah Rush Meadows of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Daughter: Brittany Nicole Meadows of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Step-Daughter: Kristin Heady of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Step-Grandchild: Bailey Paige Stafford of Gainesboro, TN; 4 Brothers: Billy Joe (Janet) Stafford of Livingston, TN, Roger Dale (Rose) Meadows, Bobby Ray Meadows, and Donnie Meadows, all of Gainesboro, TN; and 1 Sister-in-Law: Dawn Meadows of Gainesboro, TN. Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Meadows Family by contacting the funeral home.
