Funeral services for Mr. Robert "Bobby" Cherry, 78, of Whitleyville, Tennessee, will be held at 12 Noon on Monday, December 22, 2014, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Rob Draper Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1 P.M. - 4 P. M., and on Monday from 10 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2014, at his residence. He was born December 6, 1936, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Glyn Cherry and Jean Keeling Cherry. He was married to Martha Sue Cassetty Cherry, who survives. He was a farmer and a member of the North Springs Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: Lee Douglas Cherry. Survivors include his Wife: Martha Sue Cassetty Cherry of the North Springs Community of Jackson County; 1 Son: Jerry M. Cherry and wife, Crystal of the North Springs Community of Jackson County and 3 Granddaughters: Cassetty Cherry, Kelsey Cherry, and Carys Cherry. Bro. Tony Russell will officiate at the services.
