Ridley C. Mundy

Funeral services for Mr. Ridley C. Mundy, 75, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 3 P.M. on Monday, October 1, 2007, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Rob Draper Memorial Cemetery in the Stone community of Jackson County. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 5 P. M. - 9 P.M., and Monday from 10 A.M. until time of services. Mr. Mundy passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2007, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born September 19, 1932, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Charlie and Mae Hunter Mundy. On July 23, 1952, he was married to Louise Brown Mundy, who survives. He was a pipe fitter and a member of the Richmond Chapel Church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Son: Larry R. Mundy; and 1 Brother: Roy Mundy. Survivors include his wife: Louise Brown Mundy of Gainesboro, TN; 2 Daughters and Sons-in-Law: Gail & Danny Huffines of Gainesboro, TN, and Judy & Bobby Hull of Silver Point, TN; 4 Grandchildren: Patrick (Sheila) Huffines, Kristi Huffines Dalton, Emily Hull, and Lindsey Hull; 2 Great- Grandsons: Colton and Jacob Dalton; 1 Step-Great- Grandchild: Christopher Stafford; and 1 Sister: Cornelia Wheeler of Gainesboro, TN.
