Funeral services for Mr. Ricky G. Kilmon 55, of Gainesboro, Tennessee, will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, July 19, 2014, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Kilmon Family Cemetery on Harmony Road in Jackson County, TN. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11 A.M. - 9 P.M., and on Saturday from 9 A.M. until time of services. He passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at his residence. He was born June 11, 1959, in Tompkinsville, KY, to the late Archie E. and Avo Bonnie Blakely Kilmon. He was married to Sherry Jo Kilmon, who survives. He was an electrician for 25 years for Montgomery Electric, a logger, and was a member of the church of Christ. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Brother: James Benton Kilmon, and 1 Step-Grandchild: Lucy Lynn Loftis Survivors include His Wife: Sherry Jo Kilmon of Gainesboro, TN; Father-in-law: Herbert Haney; Mother-in-law: Mary Jo Haney; 1 Son: Ryan Kilmon of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Step-Son: Eric Allen of Gainesboro, TN; 1 Daughter: Lydia and her husband, Randy Young, Jr. of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Step- Daughters: Danielle Allen, Shana Jo Allen, and Mary Beth Lynn, all of Gainesboro, TN; 3 Grandchildren: Tristin, Winter, and Emmalyn Young; 4 Step-Grandchildren: Lucas, Jameka, Macy, and David Lynn; 2 Brothers: J.C. Kilmon and his wife, Pam and Archie Kilmon, Jr., both of Gainesboro, TN; and 5 Sisters: Wanda and her husband, Gerald Matthews, Bonnie and her husband, George Flatt, Joyce and her husband, Mark Mullins, all of Gainesboro, TN and Betty and her husband, Jonathan McBride, and Genivieve Hunter Kilmon, all of Cookeville, TN; Special Niece: Keisha Haney and Special Nephew: Austin Haney. Other nieces and nephews also survive. Bro. Sam Mainord and Bro. Jimmy Anderson will officiate at the services.
