Funeral services for Mrs. Guyla Savage, 82, of Madison, Tennessee, will be held at 1 P.M. on Wednesday, September 3, 2008, at Anderson - Upper Cumberland Funeral Home in Gainesboro, TN. Burial will follow in the Granville Cemetery in Granville, TN. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 4 P.M. - 8 P.M., and on Wednesday from 10 A.M until time of services. Mrs. Savage passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2008, at Alive Hospice at Skyline Madison Campus in Madison, TN. She was born March 24, 1926, in Salem, Illinois, to the late Garland and Ina Graham Suits. On May 1, 1942, she was married to Paul Savage, who survives. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Liberty Church of Christ. Survivors include her Husband: Paul Savage of Madison, TN; 2 Sons: James C. (Diane) Savage of Mayfield, KY, and John T. (Teresa) Savage of Louisville, KY; 3 Daughters: Gloria (Dennis) Ford of Old Hickory, TN, Lois (Dan) Collins of Smyrna, TN, and Rachael (Marvin) Walker of Knoxville, TN; 13 Grandchildren; and 14 Great-Grandchildren.
