Graveside services for Revene Hix, 81, of Gainesboro, TN, will be held at 2 P.M. on Sunday, June 7, 2020, at the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville community of Jackson County, TN. She passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2020, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born December 1, 1938, in Jackson County, TN, to the late Carlen Dill and Lou Rush Dill. She was married to the late Gene Hix. She was a retired school bus driver, and affiliated with the Church of Christ. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Sister: Margie Mahaney; 1 Brother: C. Dill; and 1 Daughter in Law: Phyllis Hix. Survivors include 1 Son: Ricky (Linda) Hix of Livingston, TN; 1 Daughter: Kathy Hix (Arnold) Boynton of Pikeville, TN; Grandchildren: Matthew (Ashley) Boynton of Pikeville, TN, Andrew (Lucy) Boynton of Pikeville, TN, and Peyton McDonald of Livingston, TN; Great Grandchildren: Oscar and Margo Boynton, both of Pikeville, TN; and Special Cousin: Ray Heady. Bro. Lakelan Barham will officiate at the services. Memorial donations may be made to the Pharris Cemetery by contacting the funeral home.
